1. How we ship the item to you?
Ship to Australia:

  • Most of the items are shipping from Australia warehouse. All of the products will be shipped out within 1 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
  • Fast shipping by AUPOST-eParcel, to NSW, 1-2 business days for delivery, to Remote areas of Australia 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the Shipping carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Local pick-ups are not Allowed. Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if you don't receive your package within 14 business days. Please make sure the address on your payment is current. Our shipping service do not cover forwarding service, thus if you are not residing at your shipping address provided in paypal, Please be aware of this and make sure to update your address to your current address before you make the payment.

International shipping:

In addition to ship products to Australia, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. But if you don't tell us which address that we must ship to. We will ship the item to your Paypal address.

Orders outside of Australia,we will ship by DHL or EMS express from original factory. use dhl usually it takes 3 to 7 working days arrived.


2. How fast you can get your product?
Besides the shipping option mainly depending the delivery time, the following points are also influencing factors.
* Your destination: the shipping time to some country is different from the other countries because of your location.
* The package weight: the package over 21kg will arrive you one day later than that of small package under 21kg.
* Our courier processing time: our available couriers are optional, and their processing time is one different from that of the other ones. And for several countries, only part of our shipment is available.
* Our items stock status: as usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
* The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.

3. How about your delivery cost?
The delivery cost depends on items weight. For example, 1.5KG the shipping fee usually is 30AUD.

4. How about change your shipping method and shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping method you have to contact the customer service timely. You must change the method before we send. Usually the item will be send within 1 days after receiving payment.
If you want to change your shipping address,you can change it in the papal message.


5.International Shipping, how about Customs Clearance?
1) Customs & Import Tax
The customs value writing on the invoice is the import duty that customs charge from you customers, the customs value depends on your country's tariff policy. Normally we declare the customs value with our experience, unless you want to declare with your own requirement.

2) If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for the clearance of the items?
We will assist to help you with the customs clearance, we promise to assistant you actively if you need.

3) How much we should declare for the invoice?
We will send your item by parcel, usually the value will be marked with 28AUD or gift, that will not cause any problems in customer clearance. If you have any questions on the parcel of customer clearance, please contact our customer service.

If the item value is large, and your countries customs is very strict, please tell us what you want to describe about the item name, and how we declared the value, if you are Brazilian, please tell us your CPF number.
