1.2 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
WS-7992 is a composite video input standard definition DVB-T 2 route modulator which provides COFDM RF signal in range of 50-860MHz.
It consists of A/D, Coding, Modulation, Frequency conversion which provides bandwidth of 6/7/8MHz to select.
It is designed to achieve CVBS and HDMI input, and it can also supports standard H.264 encoding.
It is an excellent choice to transport video/audio signals from TV satellite receivers, surveillance camera or video/media players to a LCD TV or set-topbox.
It can be used in series with other modulator so the number of channels in the coaxial cable no the SMATV system can be increased as desired.
NOTE:
1.Since the modulator uses H.264 encoding, users need using DVB-T service which supports standard H.264 encoding for normal display.
2.HD program which contains HDCP agreement protection will not play normally, such as Blue-ray Disc and so on. Press RETURN 3 seconds in the boot interface can resolve this problem.

A satellite finder is a specialized signal-strength meter used to point satellite dishes and LNBs.
There are two general classes of satellite finders: analog and digital satellite finders.
Analog Satellite Finder
Most analog satellite finders are inexpensive devices which simply display the strength of the received signal.
To use an analog satellite finder, you point the satellite dish and LNB to where you believe the satellite to be. You then take a reading on the satellite finder and adjust the satellite dish and LNB until you get the strongest reading possible
Digital Satellite Finder
A digital satellite finder is a significantly more expensive signal strength meter. Digital satellite finders are pre-programmed with the locations of commonly used satellites. With an analog signal finder, you can only know that you have found a satellite. With a digital satellite finder, you can know which satellite you have found.
